01Scope it
Choose one task, define what success looks like, and agree on access, costs, and a time budget. Hardware and vendor fees are itemized separately.
02Build & test
Configure the agreed environment and run representative tasks. Record what works, what needs a human review, and how to stop or recover the setup.
03Own the handover
Keep the accounts, configuration record, test evidence, and operating guide. Ongoing Care is scoped by covered systems, service hours, and included changes.
Can I keep everything local? +
With compatible software and suitable hardware, running a model on your own computer is an option. We would also check connected apps and any information sent over the internet. A local application alone does not prove that data stays on your device.
What does it cost? +
Rates and availability are being developed. We agree on consulting time or a written build scope before work starts. Hardware, software subscriptions, cloud services, and model usage are separate costs.
Can you work with my existing setup? +
Yes, that is part of the planned service. A focused consultation can establish what works, what needs changing, and what is outside the agreed time budget.
